Guizhou Communications Polytechnic University (GCPU) is a public undergraduate level vocational university of science and engineering focused on transportation. Founded in 1958, it has over 13000 enrolled students, 13 secondary schools, and more than 30 undergraduate and diploma programs, including 7 national key programs. The brochure also states that the university has 19 national-level courses, more than 15 provincial level or above industry education integration/research bases, 195 on campus integrated theory practice teaching and training bases, and 133 off campus internship bases.
