    Payment & Refund Policy

    Payment for Premium Services

    Scholarar offers premium subscription plans that provide additional features. Payments for these subscriptions are processed through third-party payment platforms, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

  • Subscription Plans:We offer different subscription options, including monthly and annual plans, with respective pricing clearly displayed at the time of purchase.
  • Billing Cycle:Your subscription will be billed at the start of the chosen plan (e.g., monthly or yearly) and will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
  • Auto-Renewal:Subscriptions will automatically renew unless you disable auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and cancellation preferences directly through your device’s settings (App Store or Google Play Store).
  • Refund Policy

  • No Refunds for Paid Subscriptions: All payments made for premium subscriptions are non-refundable once processed. If you cancel your subscription before the next renewal period, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Billing Discrepancies:If you encounter any issues with billing or payments, please contact the payment provider (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). We do not directly handle payment processing or refunds, as they are managed by the third-party payment platforms.
  • Subscription Cancellations:If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Canceling your subscription will prevent future charges but will not provide a refund for the current billing cycle.
  • Pro Plan Enterprise (One-Time Purchase)

    In addition to subscription-based services, Scholarar offers a Pro Plan Enterprise that provides advanced features for users who require enterprise-level services. This plan is a one-time purchase and is processed through an external third-party service provider.

  • One-Time Payment: The Pro Plan Enterprise requires a one-time payment for the full purchase amount.
  • External Provider:Payments for the Pro Plan Enterprise are handled by an external service provider and are separate from subscription payments. Scholarar does not manage payments for this service.
  • Refunds: Payments for the Pro Plan Enterprise are non-refundable once processed. If there is an issue with the payment, please contact the external payment provider.
  • Changes to Subscription Plans

    We may update or modify our subscription plans and pricing periodically. We will notify you of any changes in advance, and you may choose to accept the new terms or cancel your subscription before the next renewal.
