The Fellowship provides the best incoming FASS PhD candidates an additional year of funding to support living expenses and fees in the final year of studies after the NUS scholarship expires. It allows recipients to focus on thesis writing to produce a high quality thesis within the remaining candidature period. Recipients are expected to complete within five years and submit thesis within 12 months of starting the Fellowship.
