Digital Talent Techo Scholarship at American University of Phnom Penh

The Digital Talent Tech Scholarship Program, run by Cambodia's Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, offers 500 fully funded bachelor's degree scholarships in digital technology for the 2025-2026 academic year.
